Launch the app and go to "Log In". Tap "Forgot password" here. Then you'll have to choose how you're going to receive your recovery code: via phone number or email address. No matter what you pick, you will be redirected to the template where you'll need to enter either the number or email.
Then you will get the code via SMS, call or email. Enter the code into the template.
